Do you work on-site or off-site?

All work is performed off-site either by remote access or web-based collaboration.

With remote access we log in to your computer via a secure remote desktop access service. This way your financial software is updated on your computer so you can access it at any time.

With web-based collaboration, we keep a copy of your financial records updated on our server and send you the files monthly or more often if you prefer. Transfer of files is accomplished by secure FTP.

How do we get our payables and receivables to you?

You have three options to get these documents to us:

  1. Change Billing Address: This is the most efficient option. We change your billing address for all of your payables and receivables so they are sent directly to our office and handled immediately.
  2. Email or Fax: This option requires you to fax or scan and email us all of your payables and receivables. You physically deposit the checks.
  3. Mail: This option requires you to send us all of your payables and receivables via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or courier.

How do I approve the payables and sign the checks?

There are two ways to accomplish this:

  1. Electronic Banking
    1. Review payables report
    2. Bills are paid upon approval
    3. You login to your online bank account and release the funds
  2. Print In-House
    1. Review payables report
    2. Bills are paid upon approval
    3. You print, sign, and mail the checks

What if my employee or I have a question about payroll or benefits?

Whether it’s a question related to vacation hours, dependant coverage, annual insurance negotiations, COBRA, or your 401(k), give us a call or send us an email. We are here to answer all of your questions. And if we don’t have the answer, we’ll find the person who does.
